Hey, I'm Zoe, and let me share a bit about my journey!
Originally from the south of Argentina, I spent all my twenties in Canada, where I completed my bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

This great experience allowed me to work in different health settings, giving me valuable insights about wellness. ​Along with that, I’ve developed a deep passion for healthcare, exercise, nutrition, and, of course, connecting with nature. I can’t believe it’s been nearly a decade since I truly immersed myself in the health and wellness world! Over the years, experimenting with different approaches to pursue wellness has become a joyful part of my life.

Whether it is exercising, cooking healthy, going to the woods, writing, or making homemade body products, I am always thinking of ways to improve my well-being.

Additionally, the opportunities to expose myself to different and meaningful cultures have filled me with gratitude. Whether I explored the wildlife of South Africa and Canada, chaotic cities such as Barcelona, or joined Buddhist retreats in Thailand and South Africa, I enjoyed learning from all their different charms and essence, and found beauty in many different faces. All these aspects have not only improved my quality of life, but they have also shaped me to implement wellness of all kinds into my daily routine while traveling.

My journey toward a healthier, more vibrant life has shown me just how crucial it is to focus on our well-being from a body, mind, and spirit perspective. I started to be mindful of what my body needs, of the importance of following a disciplined healthy routine, and to find ways to implement nature in my everyday life as a support for a more holistic lifestyle.
